Alan started with A&A in 1978, working during summers. He joined the company full time in 1990 as a Machine Shop Coordinator, was promoted to Fab Shop Coord. in 1996, Fabrication Manager in 1999, General Manager in 2005, Vice-President in 2008 and President, CEO, and owner in 2009. His responsibilities include daily Management of the Manufacturing Facility and Staff. Alan works closely with the Corporate Accounting Manager to insure for the financial stability and integrity of A&A. Alan holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology (Manufacturing) from Texas A&M University.

Vice President and Machining Manager: DAVID E. VASICHKO
After completing his apprenticeship and six years as a Machinist, David became the Machine Dept. Foreman in 1988, was promoted to Department Manager in 2005, and Vice President and owner in 2009. He is responsible for supervising all the staff in the daily activities of the Machine Dept. and the CNC dept. including job planning, material takeoffs, and coordination between Machine and Fabrication Dept.’s.

Vice-President, Fabrication and Engineering: KRAIG WARREN
Kraig joined A&A as Fabrication and Engineering Manager in May of 2013. He has over 20 years of manufacturing experience in industries ranging from high tech repetitive manufacturing to job shop discrete fabrication. His responsibilities have included technical and leadership roles ranging from manufacturing engineering, facility management, and plant management. Kraig holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Murray State University and an M.B.A. from University of Houston-Victoria.

Andy KallingerFabrication Supervisor: ANDY KALLINGER
Andy attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) and has over 10 years experience in the petrochemical field in the fabrication of vessels, above ground storage tanks, and piping systems.
Bill StrabalaMachine Department Supervisor: BILL STRABALA
Bill started machining in 1990 at a small shop in Ohio doing maintenance machining and building engines. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1993, where he started Repairing Nuclear valves including valve seats overlayed with stellite for use on fast attack nuclear powered submarines. In 1995, Bill was stationed at Sima Norfolk where he served as a machinist doing urgent repairs to ships deploying from the Atlantic fleet. He left the Navy in 1997 where he went to work as a machinist in a job shop machining everything from 85 Ton overhead crane Frames and gear boxes to machining and assembling rail car movers for the railroad. In 1999, Bill was promoted to shop foreman where he oversaw the machine and fabrication shop while also doing the machining estimating. In 2009 , Bill was made plant Superintendent and performed that job until 2013 when he left Ohio for warmer weather in Texas and joined the A&A team. Now Bill oversees the daily machining operations and production of quality parts with approximately 20 direct reports. He reports to the Vice-President and Owner David V.
Marie HammondAccounting Manager: MARIE HAMMOND
Marie started with A&A in 2011 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting with the last 15 being in manufacturing. Her expertise is in financial and cost accounting. Marie graduated from Central Missouri State University with a BSBA in Accounting and Finance in 1989 and earned her MA in Accounting in 1991.
Brian WilhelmHuman Resources: Brian Wilhelm
Brian is the Human Resources Manager and Safety Manager for A&A.  He is responsible for the payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, hiring, and wellness program, as well as the safety of the employees.  Brian received an Associates degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Marketing from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has over twenty (20) years of experience in human resources and seven (7) years in safety.  Brian is a retired 30-year Air Force veteran.
Douglas BranchInformation Technology and Systems Manager: Douglas Branch
Douglas joined the A&A team in September 2022 as the Information Technology & Systems Manager. He has over 13-years of experience in maintaining network and computer equipment in a business setting. Computers have always been a passion of his and he continues to perfect his craft. Douglas holds an Associate of Arts (AA) with a minor in Computer Networking and System Administration from Texas State Technical College. Douglas interfaces with all members of A&A by managing the information technology system as well as keeping all network equipment healthy and working properly.
Jon JenkinsWarehouse Coordinator: JON JENKINS
Jon is A&A’s Warehouse Coordinator and is responsible for all material handling and shipping/receiving at A&A. He oversees inventory items, receiving inspection and processing, receiving and control of customer owned materials and parts, sawing of material for jobs and coordinating shipping to all domestic and overseas customers.

Order Processing and Systems Associate: STACEY ZILLS
Stacey is a customer liaison with responsibilities that include processing customer’s orders and electronically cataloging customer correspondence and drawings as well as internal engineered drawings.
Jan CuttingAccounts Receivable: JAN CUTTING
Jan is responsible for the daily issuance of invoices to customers as well as the collection of those invoices – essential accounts receivable functions. In addition to her responsibilities here, Jan is an accomplished bassoonist that teaches and performs locally.
Jessica JohnsonAccounts Payable: JESSICA JOHNSON
Jessica began working for A&A Machine & Fabrication in July of 2013. She works as part of the accounting team as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Prior to A&A, Jessica worked in sales as an Account Manager for 10 years.

Norin brings 16+ years of Lifecycle Engineering & Operations leadership experience to support our customers with Turnkey Design, Build & Install.

C. Patrick HutchinsAccount Representative / Sales: C. PATRICK HUTCHINS
Patrick joined A&A in 1983 and served his apprenticeship through 1987. He spent the next 10 years as a machinist, developing skills in every area of the machine shop. In 1996 he became involved in sales, maintaining existing accounts. Patrick is now responsible for expanding A&A’s territory through both new and existing customers

Technical Sales Representative: ARMANDO GUERRA
Armando is the Client Account Manager for A&A. He is responsible for managing and creating relationships with new and existing A&A Clients. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance from The University of Houston-Clear Lake. Armando has more than a decade of sales experience in multiple industries including Finance and Oil & Gas.

Taylor NyquistMechanical Engineer: TAYLOR NYQUIST, PE
Taylor completed an internship at A&A in 2006 before graduating in 2008 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked at Cessna Aircraft before joining A&A in 2010. He is primarily responsible for generating engineering drawings for many of the Fabrication projects and earned his Professional Engineer’s license in 2014.

Sergio is the Fabrication Dept Foreman his specialties deal with LDPE Hp jacketed tubes, vessels and pipe spools.
Paul KetchumTechnical Sales and Proposals: PAUL KETCHUM
Paul joined A&A in 2011 to carry out Technical Sales and Proposals.
He worked for A&A from 1975 thru 1981 as Project Coordinator in the fabrication of LDPE cooler and reactor projects.
Paul holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology (manufacturing) from The University of Texas, Tyler. With over 35 years experience in manufacturing Paul can assist you with your requirements from design thru fabrication.
David BarrettCNC Foreman: DAVID BARRETT
David began working at A&A as a helper in the Fabrication Dept. for the summer of 1984. David continued his education and returned to A&A in May of 1985 as a full time employee working in the Fabrication Dept. In 1987 David began working as an apprentice in A&A’s CNC department. David continued to hone his skills over the years and now serves as CNC foreman, overseeing the CNC floor operations.
Chuck MutinaMachine Department Estimator: CHUCK MUTINA
Chuck Mutina hired on with A&A in March of 2014 and was part of the manual machine shop. Chuck was given the offer of Machine Shop Estimator in January of 2015 but still makes time to work in the shop when he can. Prior to A&A, Chuck has 12 years experience in management and sales and an additional 9 years in manual and CNC machining.

Roy joined A&A in February of 2023 as a project manager. He brings over 25 years of shop and field service experience in fabrication, welding, ASME code, field installation, and project management for the oil and gas as well as chemical industries.

Joel graduated in Petroleum Technology from Panola College. He has been in the oil & gas industry now for 16 years beginning in Pipeline Operations and facility Construction and installations. Joel’s responsibilities have included job foreman and leadership roles, Safety Director, Procurement management, and project management.
