CNC Turning and Milling
A&A employs several milling machines and multiple CNC turning lathes, including high-performance Mori Seki
CNC Lathes, to produce a range of products. Whether producing a single piece with complex configurations,
or multitude of parts, holding close tolerances is our specialty. Most CNC lathes have C-axis milling capability
which reduces additional setup time, resulting in a cost savings to the customer. Our newest Haas Lathe has a
7-inch hollow spindle and a 40-inch maximum diameter turning capacity. Our milling capacities were enhanced
by the addition of a new YamaSeki mill, purchased in 2019. It allows for travels up to 71 inches x 32 inches with
a maximum weight capacity of 5,000 pounds.

In addition, A&A’s machining capabilities encompass exotic alloy material components used in LDPE/EVA
(components for check valves, pelletizers, compressors, etc.) and Syngas/Gasification (replacement burner tips)
processes. We also offer thread rolling and Small Hole EDM services (straight holes from 0.008 to 0.125 diameters
with a maximum depth of 12 inches).
