Brian is the Human Resources Manager and Safety Manager for A&A.  He is responsible for the payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, hiring, and wellness program, as well as the safety of the employees.  Brian received an Associates degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration – Marketing from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He has over twenty (20) years of experience in human resources and seven (7) years in safety.  Brian is a retired 30-year Air Force veteran.

Douglas joined the A&A team in September 2022 as the Information Technology & Systems Manager. He has over 16 years of experience in maintaining network and computer equipment in a business setting. Computers have always been a passion of his, and he continues to perfect his craft. Douglas holds an Associate of Arts (AA) with a minor in Computer Networking and System Administration from Texas State Technical College. Douglas interfaces with all members of A&A by managing the information technology systems, as well as keeping all network equipment healthy and working properly.

Raul joined A&A in 2014 and works with engineering and project management to generate layouts and drawings for the fabrication and machining departments. His duties also include reverse engineering and 3D modeling using Inventor and AutoCAD. He graduated from ITT Institute in 1995 with a degree in computer-aided drafting technology.

Bryn started his career in quality and manufacturing in 1994, bringing to the table ample knowledge in, but not limited to NDE, welding, and code and standards compliance: ASME Sect. VIII, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4/B31.8, API 1104, AWS D1.1, and ISO 9001. Additionally, he carries certifications in AWS CWI and ASNT ACCP VT Level II for general and pressure equipment. Previous certifications include Level II in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, Visual Inspection (VT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Radiographic Interpretation (RTI), and Positive Material Identification (PMI). Prior to his joining A&A, Bryn spent the best part of 17 years running multiple shops simultaneously throughout the Houston area and spanning into Oklahoma.

Steve has spent the last twenty-four years mastering the art of welding, specializing in pipe and vessel fabrication. From crafting intricate designs to ensuring the safety and integrity of each project, Steve has honed his skills to a high level. Now as A&A’s Fabrication Superintendent, he is responsible for ensuring project schedule, overseeing budget and making sure quality requirements are achieved or exceeded. Steve brings valuable years of experience to the A&A team and contributes daily to the organization’s effectiveness.

He worked for A&A from 1975 thru 1981 as Project Coordinator in the fabrication of LDPE cooler and reactor projects.

Paul holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology (manufacturing) from The University of Texas, Tyler. With over 35 years experience in manufacturing Paul can assist you with your requirements from design thru fabrication.

Brad Ellis is our Field Service Project Manager with a strong background in industrial fabrication, field service, and plant maintenance. With 14 years in the industry, he has led multi-discipline teams on complex projects, managing everything from planning and estimating to scheduling and safety compliance. Brad is known for his ability to keep projects on track and on budget, with a hands-on leadership style and deep knowledge of both shop and field operations.

Hurshell joined the A&A Team in March of 2018 and brings with him over 25 years of machining experience. Hurshell oversees the daily machining operations and is responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability in his department. When not on call for A&A or not working the weekend, Hurshell can be found out on the golf course or riding the roads on one of his motorcycles.

Roy joined A&A in February of 2023 as a project manager. He brings over 25 years of shop and field service experience in fabrication, welding, ASME code, field installation, and project management for the oil and gas as well as chemical industries.

Joel graduated in Petroleum Technology from Panola College. He has been in the oil & gas industry now for 16 years beginning in Pipeline Operations and facility Construction and installations. Joel’s responsibilities have included job foreman and leadership roles, Safety Director, Procurement management, and project management.
